1. Order Cancellation Window

1.1. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered processing or shipment.
1.2. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed and must follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

2.1. To cancel your order, send an email to support@HomeNHealthy.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

2.2. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Requests made through social media or voicemail will not be accepted.


3. Confirmation of Cancellation

3.1. A cancellation is not finalized until you receive written confirmation from our support team.
3.2. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.


4. Pre-Order & Backorder Items

4.1. Orders containing pre-order or backordered items may be cancelled before processing. However, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
4.2. Once fulfillment begins, standard return policies apply.


5. Payment Processing Fee

5.1. For cancellations requested and approved within 24 hours, the 25% restocking fee may be waived. However, a non-refundable 3% merchant processing fee will still apply to cover transaction costs.


6. Manufacturer Fulfillment

6.1. Because many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer (e.g., Golden Designs Inc.), cancellations are only possible prior to the start of fulfillment.
6.2. Once the order enters production, warehouse staging, or is assigned a freight pickup, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.


7. Responsibility & Limitations

7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate order information

  • Submit cancellation requests within the allowed time window

7.2. Home N' Healthy is not liable for missed or delayed requests due to customer error, inbox issues, or high support volumes.
