1. Delivery Overview

1.1. Home N' Healthy partners with third-party manufacturers and carriers to deliver products directly to customers.
1.2. Delivery methods vary by product size, supplier, and customer location. We strive to provide accurate timelines, but cannot guarantee delivery dates.


2. Standard Delivery

2.1. Smaller items typically ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar ground services.
2.2. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from shipment, depending on warehouse and location.
2.3. Tracking numbers are provided when available.


3. Freight & Oversized Deliveries

3.1. Larger items (e.g., saunas, wellness equipment) are shipped via LTL freight carriers selected by the manufacturer.
3.2. These deliveries are curbside only unless White Glove or Premium Installation services are purchased.
3.3. The freight company will call 24–60 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Customers must answer or return this call to confirm delivery.
3.4. The customer is responsible for moving the product indoors, uncrating, and assembly unless additional services are ordered.
3.5. If the unit arrives damaged, customers should refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos sent to support@HomeNHealthy.com or fulfillment@HomeNHealthy.com.


4. Split Shipments

4.1. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate shipments, with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.


5. Delivery Limitations

5.1. We currently deliver to the continental U.S. only.
5.2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations.
5.3. Remote areas may experience extended delivery timelines.


6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
6.2. Be available to receive and inspect the item upon delivery.
6.3. If any damage is observed, take clear photos and contact support immediately.
6.4. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.


7. Delivery Issues & Exceptions

7.1. Home N' Healthy is not responsible for delays due to weather, shipping carrier issues, or supplier backorders.
7.2. If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the item, first contact the carrier, then email support@HomeNHealthy.com if unresolved.
7.3. Undeliverable shipments or missed freight appointments may incur additional fees.
