1. Packaging Source & Style

1.1. All products are shipped directly from our manufacturers or authorized suppliers.
1.2. Packaging may include:

  • Branded manufacturer boxes

  • Generic or plain packaging depending on fulfillment center

  • Multiple boxes for large items or multi-piece shipments
    1.3. Home N' Healthy does not guarantee any specific external box appearance. Labeling and packing materials are controlled by each fulfillment partner.


2. What’s Inside the Box

2.1. Each package will include the ordered product(s) and, when applicable:

  • Manufacturer documentation (e.g., warranty, manuals)

  • Product instructions (if supplied)

  • Return instructions (only if authorized in advance) 2.2. Packing slips, invoices, or price information may or may not be included depending on the shipper.


3. Split Shipments

3.1. Orders with multiple products may ship separately. These items may:

  • Arrive on different days

  • Be fulfilled by different warehouse locations
    3.2. Each individual package will include a unique tracking number if one is provided.


4. Missing or Incomplete Orders

4.1. If part of your order appears missing, please:

  • Review your shipping confirmation email for multiple tracking numbers

  • Wait an additional 1–2 days for all parcels to arrive

  • Contact the carrier using tracking info

  • Then reach out to us at support@HomeNHealthy.com if further support is needed


5. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

5.1. If you believe your package has been tampered with or is damaged upon arrival:

  • Take clear photographs of the outer box and damaged item

  • Retain all original packaging materials

  • Email support@HomeNHealthy.com within 48 hours 5.2. We will coordinate with the supplier or freight carrier as needed. While Home N' Healthy is not directly liable for third-party shipping damage, we will advocate on your behalf per supplier policies.


6. Eco-Friendly Packaging

6.1. Some items may be shipped in eco-conscious, recycled, or minimal packaging at the manufacturer’s discretion.
6.2. We support sustainability where possible but packaging decisions are managed by suppliers.


7. Unboxing Safety Notice

7.1. Use caution when opening boxes. Avoid sharp objects that may puncture the product.
7.2. Home N' Healthy is not responsible for customer-caused damage during unboxing or assembly.
