Corrections / Fact-Checking Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Commitment to Accuracy

Accuracy is central to HomenHealthy’s mission. We correct errors promptly, transparently, and thoroughly.

Fact-Checking Process

  • Pre-Publication: Editors verify key facts, statistics, names, quotes, product specs, and prices against reliable sources.
  • Post-Publication: We monitor reader feedback and new information. Substantive updates are labeled with an “Update” or “Correction” note including date and nature of the change.

How to Request a Correction

Email corrections@homenhealthy.com (or use [Contact Form URL]) with:

  • Page title and URL
  • The statement you believe is inaccurate
  • Proposed correction and supporting sources

We aim to respond within [e.g., 5–10 business days]. If verified, we will amend the article and append a correction note.

Types of Changes

  • Minor Edits: Grammar or style fixes without content changes—no note required.
  • Clarifications: Improve wording for clarity; may include a brief note.
  • Corrections: Fix factual errors; always noted with date/time and what changed.
  • Retractions: If an article is significantly flawed, we may retract it and explain why.

Transparency & Archiving

We preserve a changelog internally. When feasible, we maintain previous versions or provide a summary of material changes.

Conflicts & Complaints

If a correction request involves a potential conflict of interest, it is escalated to a senior editor. Legal complaints are referred to legal@homenhealthy.com.
