Facts first. The composite score second.

AIR

What is the current outdoor AQI?

A timestamped AirNow reporting-area observation, kept separate from long-term ranking because it can change within hours.

Understand AirNow data →
H₂O

How many water systems report a current health-based violation?

EPA ECHO state context, with the scope stated plainly. A city page never pretends that a state equals a local utility.

Understand EPA water data →
CLM

What are the local moisture conditions?

NOAA climate normals provide warm-season temperature and precipitation context—not a claim that mold exists in a home.

Understand the climate proxy →
AGE

How old is the local housing stock?

Census age bins show the share built before 1980 and before 1940, alongside the median construction year.

The v2 index uses only slow-moving, validated fields. Current AQI is intentionally excluded. If a required source fails its quality gate, affected scores are withheld rather than treated as zero.
